We're seeking a curious, creative, and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our award winning, fast-paced team in the telecommunications industry. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for marketing & consumer insights, strong writing skills, and a desire to grow their career in a dynamic environment and collaborative marketing team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Content Creation & Copywriting: Develop engaging, high-quality content for digital channels including website, email, social media, and campaigns.
* Digital Marketing Execution: Support and execute campaigns using platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
* Social Media & Community Engagement: Manage social media accounts, engage with online communities, and support brand advocacy.
* CRM Management: Maintain and update customer data, support segmentation and targeting strategies, and assist with email marketing initiatives.
* Design Collaboration: Use Canva & other platforms to create visually appealing assets aligned with brand guidelines.
* Campaign Analysis: Monitor performance metrics, interpret data, and present insights to senior management to inform decision-making.
* Market Research: Stay curious—track industry trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to support strategy development.
* Team Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Care, and Product teams to ensure consistent messaging and campaign alignment.
Key Skills & Qualifications Required:
* Education: Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
* Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a marketing department, customer care or sales role (telecom experience a plus).
* Skills:
o Proven proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics).
o Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
o Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
o Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
o Ability to present data and insights at Senior Management level.
o Working knowledge of Canva, Creative Cloud, MailChimp and CRM systems.
o Familiarity with social media platforms and online community engagement.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Google Ads and Social Media Certification.
* Experience with A/B testing and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
* Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.
* Proficiency in CRM software (e.g. ZoHo).
* Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop).
