The Senior Project Finance Manager will play a key role in the delivery of major capital projects.
Key responsibilities will include: Managing engagement with clients on scoping/developing projects through the full project life cycle.
Determining project requirements and producing financial, commercial and risk assessments to inform project structure and delivery.
Developing financial models for infrastructure projects and testing payment mechanisms for individual projects.
Preparing financial requirements for procurement/contract documentation for projects.
Maintaining active engagement with capital/debt/equity funding markets for capital projects.
Providing general financial advisory and evaluation work, including financial statement analysis, financial robustness assessments, market analysis, presentations and options analysis.
Requirements for this Role Successful candidate will likely have the following background: A strong third-level qualification.
Membership of a relevant professional body (e.g.
ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CFA) is desirable.
10+ years experience in project finance, financial advisory and/or banking supporting the delivery of major capital projects.
Experience as lead advisor on a PPP project would be advantageous.
