Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and flexible Seasonal Engineering Operative to join our Fleet maintenance team based in Waterford Depot. This is an exciting opportunity to work with us, leading the way in how Ireland travels sustainably now and in the future.
This role encompasses daily maintenance of all Public Service Vehicles operating out of Waterford Depot and other engineering operative related duties based on business needs.
Key responsibilities include fueling buses, checking oil/water levels, covering shifts when required, shunting of vehicles, washing and cleaning buses, minor maintenance work under direction from the Foreman or Team Leader, and maintaining the garage area.
As a member of the EO grade, you will be fully flexible and undertake any suitable task subject only to your level of competence and taking account of safety considerations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must have a D Licence essential. You should also possess excellent communication and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to work flexibly.
Previous experience in a similar role would be beneficial, but not essential. We welcome applications from those looking to start or continue their career in engineering operations.
