Production Operator (Handwork / QC / Packing) Location: Athlone Hours: Monday–Thursday, Day Shifts My client, a well-established manufacturing company in Athlone, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Operator to join their team.
This is a hands-on role focusing on manual assembly, quality control, and packing tasks —not a machine operator position.
Key Responsibilities: Carry out manual production tasks such as hand assembly, sorting, and preparation of products Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet required standards Pack finished goods accurately, ensuring correct counts, labelling, and presentation Maintain a clean and organized workspace Report any quality or safety concerns promptly Support the team with general production tasks as required Requirements: Previous experience in handwork, assembly, packing, or quality control is desirable Strong attention to detail and good manual dexterity Ability to follow instructions accurately Reliable and punctual, able to work Monday–Thursday Willingness to learn and maintain high standards of quality What's on Offer: Monday–Thursday day shifts Friendly and supportive working environment Full training provided Opportunity to develop new skills
