Food & Beverage Supervisor – 4* Grand Hotel

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced, customer-focused professional to join our Food & Beverage team as a F&B Supervisor at the 4* Grand Hotel, Malahide. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of supervisory experience in a high-volume 4* or 5* hotel or quality-focused restaurant, demonstrating the ability to lead and motivate a team, with a strong commitment to quality, high standards, service, and customer care.
Responsibilities will include:
* Assisting in planning, organizing, and managing food & beverage service to meet hotel standards.
* Ensuring all team members are trained in and aware of Standard Operating Procedures in food & beverage outlets.
* Supporting the Restaurant and Bar Management teams with staff rostering and holiday requests.
* Ensuring that opening and closing procedures are conducted in line with SOPs.
* Maintaining the appearance and tidiness of the Service Areas.
* Delegating tasks and duties fairly and correctly to F&B staff.
* Preparing service areas in advance of service times.
* Providing excellent guest service and communicating hotel services effectively.
*Please note that this position may require availability to start from 6:30am on some days.*
