About the Position:
We are seeking a driven sales professional to represent our automotive brand. As a sales representative, you will be responsible for showcasing and selling pre-owned vehicles to customers, understanding their needs, and providing exceptional service throughout the buying process.
Main Responsibilities:
* Engage with customers to comprehend their vehicle preferences and requirements.
* Promote and demonstrate vehicle features, specifications, and benefits to potential buyers.
* Offer information about pricing, financing options, and promotions.
* Help customers select vehicles that best meet their needs.
* Address customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and build long-term relationships.
* Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively answer questions.
* Follow up on leads and customer inquiries, including inbound and outbound calls, emails, and in-person visits.
* Negotiate pricing, trade-ins, and financing options to close sales.
* Evaluate all required paperwork for accuracy and timely completion.
* Stay informed about industry trends, vehicle models, and promotions.
* Provide post-sale support and conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Collaborate with sales managers, finance teams, and other departments to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Qualifications:
* Previous sales experience, preferably in automotive sales or a customer-facing role.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* A passion for cars and knowledge of automotive products.
* Ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
* Effective negotiation and closing skills.
* High school diploma or equivalent is required; a college degree is preferred.
* A valid driver's license and clean driving record are necessary.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or CRM tools (Salesforce, etc.) is beneficial.
