As a key member of our project team, we are seeking an experienced Site Leader to oversee the daily operations and management of construction sites.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain comprehensive health and safety documentation
* Collaborate closely with Project Managers to ensure effective project planning and execution
* Maintain high standards of health, safety, and environmental performance
* SUPERVISE AND MONITOR site teams and subcontractors on a day-to-day basis
* Identify and mitigate potential hazards, defects, and events on site
This role requires flexibility to move between sites for various phases. You will work on projects across diverse sectors including industrial, pharmaceutical, healthcare, and municipal. As a regional-based position, you may need to travel to other sites throughout the country.
