Job Title: Public & Regulatory Law Solicitor
The role of a Public and Regulatory Law Solicitor involves advising professional regulatory bodies on fitness to practise/disciplinary complaints received from preliminary stage through to sanction. This includes representing clients before disciplinary committees and boards/councils/tribunals of regulatory bodies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Excellent knowledge of public law, particularly in the context of professional regulation.
* Able to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders at all levels.
* Demonstrable experience in advising on or litigating cases involving professionals subject to fitness to practice procedures.
The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background in law along with relevant practical experience. They should also be able to demonstrate excellent analytical skills, attention to detail and ability work well under pressure.
