Workforce Planning Lead
In this role, you will own and elevate the workforce planning operating model across multiple business units while helping shape capabilities that drive high-stakes outcomes. This involves owning the end-to-end workforce planning rhythm, including hiring capacity, quarterly commits, long-range workforce scenarios, and strategic modeling tied to revenue and customer outcomes.
The ideal candidate has 8+ years of experience in workforce planning or a related field with deep expertise in forecasting scenario-based forecasting. They must be able to lead cross-functional teams through influence driving alignment decision-making at senior levels using data-driven storytelling skills.
