Meath Salary – €45K - €70K + package *Salary will be based on individual experience* About the Company Well-known local Contractor with long-term work in the Meath area, know for delivering high a high standard of residential and commercial properties across North Leinster. The successful candidate will be working on a brand-new development set to start in March and run for a minimum of 2.5 years. They require an enthusiastic engineer who is confident reading and interpreting drawings and setting out using total station equipment.
The Role Setting out and checking works as required for the project and ensuring all works are completed in line with project drawings specifications and building regulations.Performing checks on the quality of works completed to ensure works are done to a high standard.Liaise with sub-contractors and personnel on site in the planning of daily tasks for the project.Supervise multiple trades on site and act as a point of contact for subbies, architect and client.Ensure H&S standards are met and adhered to on site.Support the Project Manager to ensure works are completed as per programme and to a high standard.Maintain excellent relationships with the construction management team, subcontractors and site personnel.Requirements A Degree in Engineering or related discipline.3+ Experience with a Main Contractor in ROI Must have experience dealing with Irish WaterAbility to use setting out instruments is essential and being competent in all aspects of set out, survey & level, temporary works co-ordination.For any additional information on the role, please contact Tanya McCann at Inform3 Recruitment.
