**Job Title:** School Premises Officer


The role of the school premises officer is to maintain a safe, clean, and secure environment for pupils, staff, and visitors. This involves ensuring that the school buildings and grounds are well-maintained and free from hazards.

Key Responsibilities:


* Maintain the security of the school buildings and grounds

* Clean and tidy the school premises on a daily basis

* Perform general maintenance tasks as required

* Liaise with external contractors and services as necessary

* Monitor and report any hazards or potential risks

* Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation and regulations


Requirements:


* Reliability, flexibility, and excellent communication skills

* Practical maintenance skills and ability to work independently

* Previous experience in a school setting (desirable)
