Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned sales and marketing professional to lead the commercial strategy of our hotel. As Senior Commercial Strategist, you will oversee sales, revenue, brand positioning, and business growth across all market segments.
The ideal candidate will have minimum 5 years experience in a senior sales & marketing role within hospitality, with strong commercial awareness and revenue management skills. They will also possess excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement annual sales, marketing, and revenue strategies aligned to business goals.
* Lead and motivate the sales, events, reservations, and revenue teams to achieve targets.
* Identify and secure new business opportunities across corporate, leisure, wedding, and MICE markets.
* Represent the hotel at trade shows, sales trips, networking events, and client visits.
* Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.
* Manage relationships with external partners, including PR, digital agencies, and travel networks.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years experience in a senior sales & marketing role within hospitality.
* Strong commercial awareness with experience in revenue management.
* Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Organised and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
