Key Role:
A high-caliber Duty Manager is sought after to oversee the seamless operation of hotel facilities, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and efficient team collaboration.
Main Responsibilities:
* Serve as the primary point of contact for guests and staff during shifts, addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
* Coordinate daily operations of key departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and others.
* Maintain consistent service standards across all hotel areas.
* Effectively handle guest feedback, complaints, or incidents with tact and care.
* Support staff on duty, delegate tasks, and provide guidance to foster a collaborative work environment.
* Conduct regular property inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and guest readiness.
* Present shift reports and communicate updates to senior management.
Candidate Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a supervisory role in a 3-star or 4-star hotel.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong problem-solving ability and guest-centric mindset.
* Capacity to remain composed and lead effectively during busy or high-pressure situations.
* Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* Proficiency in hotel PMS (e.g. OPERA, HotSoft) is an advantage.
