Effective leadership is key to our manufacturing client's success, and we're looking for a seasoned Operations Manager. As part of the production team, you'll be responsible for overseeing staff to produce high-quality manufactured products and coordinating workflow.
The successful candidate will collaborate with planning, engineering, maintenance, and quality teams to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of work that meets customer expectations.
You'll play a crucial role in driving performance and engagement within the production team, including planning and coordinating training and development programs, providing coaching, and maintaining accurate records.
Additionally, you'll be responsible for developing your direct reports by ensuring they receive thorough training, regularly assessing their performance, and offering constructive feedback as needed.
Requirements include a relevant Level 7 qualification, circa 4+ years' experience in production supervisory roles within a LEAN electronics manufacturing environment operating to ISO 13485 standards, and a solid understanding of manufacturing processes.
