The successful candidate will assist in preparing bid submissions and supporting the bid projects from start to finish. They will produce visually attractive submissions, prepare and proof correspondence, update and monitor databases, forms, documents and spreadsheets.

Bid Project Responsibilities:
">
* Monitor procurement portals for project opportunities
* Review and format bid content
* Print/pack/upload PQQs/Tenders submission
* Manage PQQ logs/timescales
* Co-ordinate tender submission
* Central hub for receipt of client documentation
* Complete PQQs/Tenders, tailoring responses to clients sector
* Produce strong technical and original responses
* Identify re-work existing pre-written content
* Ensure standard materials/bid library are regularly updated
* Understand internal bid management process and systems
* Act as main first point of contact for tender-related matters
