Prism Executive have partnered with a leading Irish food manufacturer to appoint a Payroll Administrator
A critical role in their organisation, the appointee will play a key part in supporting their growing business and shaping a people-focused culture that reflects their values and ambitions.
Working onsite at our Head Office in Clonmel, you'll be at the centre of the HR and People strategy reporting into the Head of People and Culture
Responsibilities
* Onboarding of all new employee and supporting existing employees
* Supporting the People and Culture agenda
* Collating payroll data and sending the reports for payroll to be actioned.
* General weekly reporting absence etc
* Collating of monthly bonus systems
* General ad hoc HR duties.
Experience:
* 2-3 years experience in a retail/food manufacturing environment
* IPASS qualification (or equivalent)
* High attention to details
* Ability to implement payroll and administration processes
