Restaurant Leadership Role
We are seeking a highly skilled General Manager to oversee daily operations in our Cork GastroPub.
* Coordinate premises management and lead the team to ensure highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene prevail.
* Manage tills, cash, pricing, sales, promotions, special events, stock control, rostering, and achieve monthly margins.
The ideal candidate will have 3 years minimum experience as a General Manager in a quality Gastropub, working closely with an experienced Head Chef to build an excellent food reputation.
Fully responsible for managing security, health and safety, and observing shift and opening/closing procedures adhering to EHO guidelines.
