Carleton Cakes are currently recruiting for a Production Team Leader to join our busy production department. The successful candidate will be a self-motivated individual who can successfully lead and motivate a team within our fast-paced food manufacturing environment to ensure that targets are achieved, and the quality of products is upheld at all times.Key Responsibilities:Supervise & organise team personnel to ensure that daily targets are met and production schematics are followed in an efficient manner.Observe operations and ensure that product quality standards are communicated, implemented and maintained.Develop an understanding and working knowledge of all production equipment including production line set up to ensure relevant procedures are followed and equipment is operating correctly.Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and industry standards, ensuring that the company is always audit-ready.
