Job Description

The successful candidate will deliver high‑quality service to all guests, maintaining lobby areas to the hotel’s standards of cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and security.


Key Responsibilities

* Provide efficient and friendly service to guests, communicating politely and ensuring all guests are served with a courteous and efficient experience.
* Perform all duties as outlined by the relevant supervisor or manager.
* Assist guests with luggage upon arrival, deliver luggage to rooms, and collect luggage from rooms.
* Provide amenities such as card, chocolate, welcome plate, drinks, etc.
* Place newspapers in the lobby.
* Assist with delivering cots and camp beds to arriving rooms; store them away appropriately after departure.
* Keep all storerooms clean, stocked, and tidy to hotel standards.
* Perform frequent lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling of 20–50 lbs and move furniture or appliances safely and correctly.
* Conduct light maintenance tasks and services throughout the property.
* Report any problems to the Manager on duty during your shift.
* Take reasonable care of health and safety for yourself, other employees, guests, and persons on the premises.
* Respond to and record all complaints immediately; log all complaints with the Duty Manager regardless of severity.
* Comply with company standards for health, safety, and fire evacuation protocols.


Skills / Requirements

* Previous experience in a similar 3‑ or 4‑star hotel (preferred).
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Team‑player ability and initiative.
* Attention to detail and good time‑management skills.
* Flexibility around working hours, including weekends and holidays.
* Minimum 12 months of a valid working permit.
