Medical Claims Specialist
Job Role Overview:
* Process medical claims and manage related tasks.
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently.
* Utilize strong communication skills to handle member queries and provide timely updates.
* Perform administrative duties, including data entry and record maintenance.
* Collaborate with the team to achieve shared objectives and improve processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Claims Processing: Accurately review, process, and settle medical claims in accordance with organizational policies and procedures.
* Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to emails, calls, and other forms of communication.
* Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, claims status, and other relevant information.
* Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals, share knowledge, and support each other in meeting deadlines.
Requirements
* Recent experience in a similar claims assessor role.
* QFA (Qualified Financial Advisor) qualification or equivalent.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
* An interest in numbers and analytical work.
