Customer Service Representative An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced customer service professional to join our team in Antrim. About the Role * This is a great chance to develop your career within a supportive environment, providing exceptional customer experiences and delivering administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer enquiries via phone and email, providing timely solutions and maintaining high standards of professionalism. Additionally, you will process information accurately, maintain internal systems efficiently, and liaise with internal teams to resolve queries effectively. Fundamental Qualifications * A minimum of one year's experience in a similar role would be advantageous; preferably as a Customer Service Administrator or equivalent position. * Solid communication skills (written & verbal) are essential along with proficiency in MS Excel/Word. * A strong focus on detail-orientation is also expected from applicants who possess excellent organisational skills. * The geographical knowledge of Northern Ireland is mandatory due to the job location requirements)., Delightful Work Conditions:
