I’m currently recruiting for an experienced Human Resources Advisory Lead to join a large, complex organisation in Dublin. This is a senior HR advisory role, partnering closely with leadership and supporting the business across employee relations, performance, reward, and talent processes.
Responsibilities
Senior‑level HR advisory support across career management, performance, and compensation
Coaching and influencing leaders on complex employee relations matters
Strong knowledge of Irish Employment Law
Leading and delivering core HR processes (ER cases, exits, promotions, transfers)
Analysing and presenting HR data and insights to senior stakeholders
Driving continuous improvement across people processes
Supporting and guiding HR colleagues, Career Counsellors, and Talent Leads
What We’re Looking For
Strong HR Generalist / Field HR background
Proven advisory experience in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment
Excellent communication skills with confidence presenting to senior audiences
Advanced Excel and strong PowerPoint capability
Strong coaching, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Commercial mindset with a focus on efficient, high‑quality HR delivery
Workday experience is a plus
