Leinster Appointments is currently recruiting for a permanent, full time Service Coordinator in Co. Kildare.
This is a fully office based role
Salary up to €40,000 - will be flexible for the right candidate
8.30am - 5pm Monday - Friday
Acting as the first point of contact for customer breakdowns, allocating jobs to an engineer or mobile engineer, agreeing and recording expenditure limits, issuing order numbers, and obtaining estimated times of arrival.
Updating records of work carried out, identifying warranty or customer recharge items, and distinguishing jobs that require future attendance.
Ensuring customers are kept informed and up to date at all times, with any complaints handled effectively.
Co-ordinating parts deliveries to engineers and arranging the collection of any unused parts, carrying out periodic stock checks as required, and raising purchase order numbers for parts or services when needed.
Performing regular audits on filing systems to ensure rental documentation is complete and compliant with ISO requirements.
Ensuring repair estimates are completed promptly for assets returned to the yard, with photographs taken of any damage, and customers advised of associated costs as soon as possible.
Maintaining parts stock levels in line with the stock system and organising replenishment.
Obtaining order numbers for any recharges and forwarding them to accounts for prompt invoicing.
Ensuring all Health and Safety regulations are adhered to.
Carrying out any additional ad-hoc duties as required, including managing stationery orders and printer stock as directed by the Operations Manager to support business needs.
