Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding and responding to customer requests, allocating resources to address their needs, and planning jobs to maximize engineer productivity.
You will manage and control job progress at every stage, liaise with customers to ensure mutual benefit, and maintain accurate records in various systems. Additionally, you will direct the work of engineers, providing guidance and mentoring to ensure delivery of high levels of customer satisfaction while maintaining service profitability.
The ideal candidate will have a foundational engineering understanding and qualification, minimum 3 years' experience in a technical or mechanical engineering role, and previous experience in a similar role within a similar industry environment. You should possess excellent customer service skills, planning and organizing abilities, attention to detail, influencing and negotiation skills, good interpersonal skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Familiarity with existing applications and systems such as SAP, FSAT, Vision Link, Masternaut, Cat SIS, and Product Support deal sheet is desirable. Experience in warranty process and commissioning process is required. Good communication skills are essential for this role.
