Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and coordinate finishing works on site
* Ensure quality standards are met
* Manage subcontractors and site personnel
* Report progress to senior management
Requirements:
* Minimum of 5 years' experience in finishing supervision
* Strong leadership and communication skills
