Ionad Cois Locha are seeking applicants for a full time Administration Assistant. The role is funded by Pobal under the Community Services Programme and all applicants must meet the criteria listed in the following link:
Responsibilities
* Provide day-to-day administrative support to the general manager
* Maintaining accurate electronic books, records and journals of income and expenditure
* Maintaining a cash receipts book, handling cash and undertaking all day-to-day banking functions on behalf of the organisation. Reconciling bank account monthly
* Maintaining payroll journals and revenue returns
Desired Attributes

* 2+ years of Finance administration experience
* Experience in analysis and administration of business processes
* Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
