Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland. Company: Bitrecruit. Client/Employer: Occupop. We are looking for a responsible full‑time Team Lead to assist the management team in Avoca Ballsbridge on a full‑time permanent contract. The Team Lead will be responsible for opening and/or closing the Avoca Ballsbridge store and/or cafe, assisting with day‑to‑day running of the department, supporting the management team in various capacities, and handling a range of operational tasks.
Responsibilities
Opening and/or closing your department as outlined by your manager
Cash handling and cash reconciliation
Assisting with daily employee breaks
Customer service queries, including dealing with complaints
Ordering processes for the store
Provide general support to the management team
Ad hoc duties as required
Requirements
Proven track record of seeking responsibility
Excellent customer service skills
Attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
Reliable and flexible in approach to work
2 years experience in retail management/supervision
Experience merchandising in the retail market
Skills in visual merchandising, teamwork, strong knowledge of current fashion trends, brand representation
