ERP Project Manager Role Summary

The ERP project manager will oversee the implementation and validation of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system within a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment. This role ensures that the ERP solution meets business requirements, complies with GAMP 5 guidelines, and adheres to all relevant regulatory standards.




Key Responsibilities:


* Plan, execute, and deliver ERP implementation projects on time and within scope objectives.

* Advise on project resource requirements while working closely with business units.

* Ensure ERP system validation according to GAMP 5 principles.

* Oversight creation and approval of validation documentation (URS, FS, IQ/OQ/PQ).

* Serve as primary liaison between business units IT external vendors.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering Life Sciences or related field. Project management certification PMP PRINCE2 or equivalent Minimum five years experience in ERP implementation preferably in pharma life sciences Strong knowledge of GAMP 5 GMP regulatory compliance requirements Excellent project management organizational skills Strong communication stakeholder engagement abilities Familiarity with ERP platforms manufacturing oriented such as Epicor ProWMS Nexsys SIG etc.





This is a high-value position that requires strong technical leadership skills excellent communication abilities bridge the gap between business technical teams. Strong process driven organisational skills including attention to detail time management multi-tasking are essential for this role.
