We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our team in delivering complex projects. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of major projects or portfolios of smaller projects.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

* Relevant project management and delivery experience.
">
* Demonstrable knowledge and application of project management methodologies.
">
* Strong financial awareness, commercial acumen, and analytical skills.
">
* Able to work as a consultant within a client environment.
">
* Excellent oral and written communication and organisational skills.
">
* Strong analytical thinking and research skills.
">
* Well-developed planning and organisational skills and ability to continue to completion existing projects and initiatives.
">
* Essential soft skills include self-motivation, taking initiative, leadership, adaptability, flexibility, effective listening, collaboration, influence, persuasion, and insightfulness.
">
* Computer literacy in Microsoft applications.
">
* APM PMQ level qualified or equivalent Member of the Association for Project Management (MAPM).
">
* Proven track record of delivering infrastructure projects in transmission, renewables, distribution, and/or generation sectors.
">
* Good leadership and people management skills and an ability to build and develop high-performing teams.
">
* Flexibility and adaptability to respond rapidly to unexpected events and an ability to develop creative solutions to problems.
">
* Experience across all stages of the project lifecycle.
">
* Excellent IT skills particularly MS Excel/Word/Project and PowerPoint.
">
* Able to produce and review technical reports for project teams and clients; attention to detail is paramount.
