About the Role
This is a key role within our organization, responsible for overseeing the software management lifecycle of our Human Resource Information System (HRIS). The successful candidate will be an experienced senior systems analyst with excellent technical and interpersonal skills.
The HRIS plays a critical part in managing employee data across our European footprint. This position involves assessing, designing, developing, and implementing applications and modules to meet business needs while ensuring seamless integration with other IT systems.
Main Responsibilities
1. Liaise with internal stakeholders including business users, project managers consultants IT leadership to define requirements specifications identify risks concerns ambiguities assist teams develop solutions partner project managers complete documentation according schedule plan coordinate user acceptance testing deployments support end-user application functions resolve defects provide training integrate HRIS external interfaces manage permissions access personalization configure report workflow data integration quality issues constraints document baseline changes standard change control process maintain rigid upgrade patching processes functional unit validation go-live decision disaster recovery backup plans test vendor performance escalations directly support escalate incident root cause analysis develop implement manage workflows centralize common HR problems User Centric Solution provide regular updates trainings communicate successful completion projects tasks drive collaboration introduce improvements enhancements perform additional duties assigned as required;
