, this role will see you working directly with the Head of Tax, building and managing a high-quality portfolio across Irish corporates, high-growth scale-ups, and established family-owned groups.
Salary: €60,000-€70,000.

What You'll Be Doing
Managing a broad and varied portfolio of advisory and compliance projects.
Delivering high-value work across restructuring, transactions, international tax advisory, succession planning, and entrepreneurial tax.
Acting as a senior point of contact for CFOs, founders, finance teams, family businesses, and expanding Irish groups.
Leading, mentoring, and developing a strong team of Managers, Assistant Managers, and Trainees.
Working side-by-side with the Head of Tax on practice strategy, BD initiatives, and client acquisition.
Taking an active role in firm-wide leadership and future growth plans.
It isn't a "heads-down" technical role – it's a visible, client-facing leadership position.
Who You Are
8–12+ years' experience in Corporate Tax, International Tax, or a blended advisory background.
Strong client-handling skills and the ability to build long-term commercial relationships.
Experience leading teams and delivering complex advisory work.
A desire for Partnership and the drive to support firm-wide growth.
