Support Worker/Health Care Assistant - Celbridge, Co. Kildare
Terms: 30 hours per week plus sleepovers; initial 1-year fixed-term contract
Role Summary
Working as part of a team to support adults with intellectual disabilities in a residential community setting. We seek a friendly, enthusiastic individual who can work independently with good common sense and a sense of humor.
Main Duties
* Support Workers must have a full driver's license and be willing to drive company vehicles.
* Support individuals in all aspects of their lives, including at home and in the community.
Essential Criteria
* Experience in the healthcare sector.
* Skills to support people with disabilities in the community.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Availability to work residential hours, including shifts, sleepovers, and weekends within an established team.
* Proficiency in standard office IT applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
