Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team on a large Data Centre project in Portugal. The successful candidate will have experience overseeing project costs and securing subcontractor packages.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for taking measurements of work packages from drawings, applying rates to prepare package pricing, administering the project budget as instructed by the Project Director, handling all relevant communications with the client, producing monthly reports in line with established procedures, participating in monthly commercial and subcontractor meetings, resolving disputes with clients or subcontractors efficiently.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* A degree in Quantity Surveying is required.
* 7+ years of experience in Quantity Surveying or Estimation is essential.
* Experience working on a Data Centre project would be beneficial.
