Fibre Operations Team Member
Join a leading energy utility to play a key role in supporting the nation's fibre infrastructure. This position serves as a vital interface between ESB Networks and SIRO, coordinating planned fibre alterations, managing fibre fault repairs, and ensuring all works are underpinned by accurate safety documentation, designs and materials.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate the interface between ESB Networks and SIRO for planned fibre services - management of planned and upcoming fibre services to ensure correct details, quotations, safety documentation, and materials are ready for implementation
* Manage the day-to-day operation of the tickets raised by SIRO for fibre faults and customer drops, coordinating the completion through agreed processes and close engagement with the delivery organisation
* Develop and embed best practices across the fibre team and the delivery organisation
Requirements
* 5 years relevant work experience
* Technical knowledge of fibre and the electrical distribution system
* Experience in creating and validating technical designs
* Strong customer service orientation
* Excellent interpersonal and people management skills
