A leading organisation is seeking a
Distribution Specialist
to support warehousing and distribution activities at a busy customer site in Dublin.
This role is ideal for someone with
warehouse or logistics experience
who thrives in a structured, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage
goods receipt, storage, picking, packing, and shipping
of products.
Record inventory movements using
warehouse management systems (SAP or similar)
.
Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure
accuracy and compliance
.
Maintain accurate
inventory and distribution records
.
Follow
SOPs and cGMP guidelines
within a regulated environment.
Support
materials handling, packaging activities, and warehouse operations
.
Requirements
Level 6 qualification
or equivalent industry experience.
Experience in
warehouse, logistics, or distribution environments
.
SAP or WMS experience
is advantageous.
Experience in a
regulated industry (pharma, biotech, medical device, etc.)
is beneficial.
Forklift license
is an advantage.
Strong
attention to detail, communication, and teamwork skills
