Job Description
As an Occupational Health Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality clinical assessments, immunisation programmes, health surveillance and evidence-based guidance to support safe recruitment and workforce wellbeing. This is an ideal opportunity for nurses seeking a move away from shift work or hospital rotations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive pre-employment screening with occupational health needs assessment, assessing the fitness of employees returning to work following sickness absence and developing rehabilitation programmes to ensure duty of care.
Key Responsibilities:
* Pre-Employment & Clinical Screening: Provide comprehensive pre-employment screening with occupational health needs assessment.
* Assessing Fitness: Assess the fitness of employees returning to work following sickness absence and develop rehabilitation programmes.
