Job Title: Administrative Support Specialist
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Support Specialist.
* Manage daily office operations, including reception duties, phone calls, and emails.
* Deliver exceptional customer service to visitors and stakeholders.
* Organize and attend board meetings with senior management, ensuring accurate minute-taking.
* Arrange travel plans as needed.
* Oversee submission and recording of leave and sick requests, maintaining data accuracy.
* Assist with onboarding and induction processes for new employees.
* Support the Accounts Payable team by inputting, processing, and reconciling invoices and payments.
* Allocate payments and resolve discrepancies promptly.
* Reconcile credit card transactions efficiently.
* Aid the accounts department with month-end financial reporting.
Requirements:
* Accounting technician qualification or equivalent is advantageous.
* Previous experience in accounts payable or receivable.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong computer proficiency.
