CLINICAL NURSE MANAGER 2
ST LOUISE'S CENTRE
PERMANENT FULL-TIME CONTRACT (37.5 HPW).
Salary:
€ 61,463 - €77,666 LSI
* Salary subject to Relevant Public Sector Experience and pro-rated for hours of work.
Essential:
* NMBI Registration RNID desirable.
* Management Qualification- Possess a Recognized Management Qualification FETAC/QQI Level 6 or equivalent.
* Full Clean Driving licensee and access to vehicle.
* Proficiency in the English language.
* Have previous experience at CNM1 level/ equivalent within the area of Intellectual Disability
* Have previous experience working with individuals with autism / mental health
* Can work effectively with families and the wider MDT
* Have a detailed knowledge of the HIQA standards / regulations and Health Act 2007, and the role of the person in charge.
* Be a highly motivated individual with the ability to work on own initiative and the capacity to manage change.
Desirable:
* Excellent leadership skills and the ability to work on own initiative.
* Be a highly motivated individual who can demonstrate effective leadership and managerial skills, and the capacity to manage change.
* Have experience of working with behaviours of Concern and complex care needs and supporting mentoring staff teams in the delivery of a high quality to the people we support.
* Applicants should possess Level 2 behavioural competencies as set out in the Job description
