Key Duties:
Oversee maintenance and repair of mobile plant and equipment
Manage preventative maintenance schedules and breakdown response
Lead and support a team of maintenance engineers
Monitor plant performance and minimise downtime
Maintain maintenance records and liaise with suppliers/contractors
Support day-to-day operational efficiency and safety standards

Criteria:
Experience in heavy plant or mobile equipment maintenance
Strong mechanical and hydraulic fault-finding skills
Previous team leadership or supervisory experience
Good organisational and communication skills
Ability to work both hands-on and administratively
