Churchfield Home Services is seeking an Electrical Supervisor to lead retrofit electrical delivery across projects in Dublin and surrounding areas, specialising in solar PV, heat pumps, and ventilation systems.
This role is focused on safe, structured, and high-quality electrical installation and integration of modern renewable technologies, while providing clear on-site leadership, supervision, and technical oversight.
You will be responsible for coordinating electrical works, supporting apprentices and electricians, maintaining compliance with standards and procedures, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to specification.

What You'll Do
* Lead and coordinate electrical installation works across retrofit projects
* Supervise electricians and apprentices, ensuring safe and compliant delivery
* Install, connect, and commission electrical systems for heat pumps, solar PV, and ventilation
* Oversee electrical upgrades including consumer unit changes, new circuits, and protection devices
* Ensure all testing and verification is completed in line with ET101
* Review and verify recorded test results and completion data within CHS systems
* Coordinate sequencing of works with Plumbing and Solar teams
* Ensure adherence to CHS electrical SOPs, RAMS, inspection checklists, and project designs
* Maintain safe isolation procedures and structured worksite organisation
* Support SEAI and internal audits as required
* Communicate clearly with customers regarding works and project progress
* Develop apprentices and less experienced electricians through structured supervision
What You'll Need
* QQI/FETAC Level 6 Electrical Qualification
* Electrical Testing & Verification certification
* Proven experience supervising electrical installation teams (domestic or retrofit)
* Strong knowledge of ET101 and safe isolation procedures
* Demonstrated leadership and decision-making capability on live sites
* Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality
* Valid Safe Pass and Manual Handling
* Full, clean B driving licence
* Fluent English (spoken and written)
