Job Title: Office Support Professional
A permanent opportunity has arisen for an office support professional to join our organisation in Croom, Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Payroll Administration:
* Process employee salaries accurately, ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
* Maintain payroll records and address employee pay-related queries.
* Prepare and submit payroll reports as required.
2. Health & Safety Compliance:
* Ensure all health and safety documentation is current and properly followed.
* Maintain compliance records and paperwork.
* Organise training sessions and ensure staff understand safety procedures.
* Coordinate with external health & safety auditors when required.
3. Debtors & Creditors Management:
* Maintain precise records of invoices, payments, and outstanding balances.
* Follow up on overdue payments and communicate with customers regarding outstanding debts.
* Process supplier invoices, reconcile payments, and liaise with vendors.
* Generate financial reports related to accounts payable and receivable.
4. General Office Administration:
* Manage correspondence, telephone enquiries, and email communication.
* Maintain company records, filing systems, and databases efficiently.
* Assist management with administrative tasks and scheduling.
* Help coordinate company meetings, events, and appointments.
* Handle insurance-related queries.
Requirements:
* Experience in payroll processing and financial administration.
* Knowledge of health & safety regulations in the workplace.
* Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
* Ability to create, format, and edit documents in Word efficiently.
* Competence in Excel for data entry and analysis, including using formulas.
* Strong organisational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
