We are seeking to hire an experienced Part Time Administrative Assistant for our Tax Department in our Limerick Office.
Main Responsibilities
Providing support to tax professionals with the preparation of tax returns and other tax compliance documents using ROS.
Database management.
Data entry, filing.
General day to day office support work.
Candidate Profile
Working knowledge of ROS is highly advantageous.
Previous experience in an office setting preferred.
Be highly organised including the ability to work to deadlines.
Have good interpersonal skills, confident in client interactions.
Be confident with figures and have excellent computer skills particularly Word and Excel.
Have a pleasant and confident telephone manner.
Pay strong attention to detail.
Have an ability to work on own initiative and as part of a busy team.
Multi-tasking and time management skills.
