Identity Governance Tech Lead Job Description
This is a technical leadership role responsible for the delivery and support of 24/7 identity platforms and services. The successful candidate will play a critical part in ensuring the secure and efficient support of identity and access services within our organization.
Job Responsibilities:
* Day-to-day operations, incident management, change management, and problem resolution related to IAM focusing on Identity governance services.
* Collaboration with cross-functional teams to maintain compliance, address risks, and enhance our IAM program.
* Prompt response to system alerts and incidents, troubleshoot issues, implement solutions to restore services as quickly as possible.
* Maintenance of all components of IAM identity governance systems ensuring that all systems are up-to-date with the latest patches and security updates.
