Job Description
We are currently seeking an organised and detail-oriented Stocktaker with a strong background in Food & Beverage to oversee and manage stock levels across multiple sites, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct regular stocktakes and reconciliations
* Monitor wastage and implement systems to reduce loss and improve efficiency
* Identify and report any discrepancies or stock issues
* Track and report on usage, trends, and variances in F&B inventory
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have previously worked as a Food & Beverage Manager, Bar Manager, or in a similar hospitality role. Key qualifications include: Strong organisational& time-management skills, excellent understanding of stock control procedures, ordering systems, and cost management. Additionally,a strong analytical& reporting skills are required.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
personal qualities like self-starter ability to work independently & as part of wider team is required. A full clean driving licence would be ideal but not necessary.
