 
        
        Ennis & Associates Solicitors based in Dublin 8 are seeking a Legal Secretary to join their litigation practice. This role requires an experienced candidate who has initiative, drive and practical experience in civil litigation.
Experience and Qualifications
 * Minimum of 2 years legal secretarial experience required in personal injury litigation.
 * Previous experience working as a litigation legal secretary is essential.
 * Excellent computer skills including knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and case management systems.
 * Excellent writing, interpersonal and communication skills.
 * Self‑motivated and able to work on own initiative.
 * Very organised with ability to prioritise and multitask.
 * Proactive approach to work and willingness to learn.
Main responsibilities
 * Providing full support to two Solicitors in managing their portfolio of files.
 * Preparing and processing legal documents and briefs.
 * Arranging meetings, appointments and independently maintaining the diary system.
 * Organising and maintaining electronic files.
