Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Retail fashion experience, with a strong understanding of commercial principles
* Excellent leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to inspire and guide teams
* Strong commercial experience, with a track record of achieving targets and driving business growth
* Eligibility to work in the State
