Job Description:
The part-time Retail Officer will be based at Saint Nicholas Collegiate Church, one of Ireland's finest medieval churches. The role combines excellent customer service with knowledge of the church's rich history.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Customer Service & Sales: Provide exceptional shopping experiences for visitors and parishioners.
2. Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure seamless product delivery to customers.
3. Visual Merchandising & Shop Presentation: Develop visually appealing store displays that showcase products effectively.
4. Visitor Information & Heritage Awareness: Engage with visitors about the church's unique heritage, enhancing their experience during each visit.
5. Administrative Support: Assist in managing sales reports, tracking daily revenue, and online sales coordination,including liaising with local artisans on orders., along with providing administrative support as needed;Social Media Assistant responsibilities include creating engaging content tailored towards our audience ;Buyer/Procurement Specialist tasks involve procuring new merchandise from suppliers while maintaining an eye on inventory needs."],
