Job Summary
The Technical Recruiter will primarily support technical hiring in partnership with the Cork-based Digital Center of Excellence (DCOE), focusing on full-cycle recruitment for highly specialized technical talent including software, systems, hardware, and IT roles. This role also supports broader EMEA hiring needs, handling both technical and non‑technical positions as business demand evolves. Acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers across regions, the recruiter delivers strong talent pipelines, relevant market insight, and a consistently high‑quality candidate experience. The position is based in Cork, Ireland.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)
Primary Focus – Cork DCOE (Technical Roles)
Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles supporting the Cork-based DCOE.
Partner closely with DCOE technical leaders to understand role requirements.
Build and maintain proactive pipelines for high‑demand technical talent.
Secondary Focus – EMEA Roles (Mixed Scope)
Support recruiting efforts across EMEA for technical and non‑technical roles.
Adapt recruiting strategies to different markets and regions.
Core Recruiting Responsibilities
Source talent through multiple channels including LinkedIn and referrals.
Deliver a high‑quality candidate and manager experience.
Maintain accurate ATS records and ensure policy compliance.
Preferred Education (type of degree)
Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology or Electronic Engineering Technology
Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration
Skills and Minimum Experience Required
3+ years of recruiting experience with emphasis on technical roles.
