Head Baker / Bakery Manager
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Head Baker / Bakery Manager to lead our team of professionals in the production of high-quality bakery products.
* Manage a diverse team of 12 individuals, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
* Oversee the creation of various bakery items, including apple tarts, frangipanes, danishes, buns, and biscuits, meeting stringent quality standards.
* Develop, implement, and maintain effective HACCP, SOPs, and organisational systems to drive operational efficiency and compliance.
* Provide expert guidance, training, and motivation to the team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements
* Demonstrate proven management experience, with a strong track record of success in similar roles.
* Possess excellent leadership, administration, and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff effectively.
This is a full-time permanent position, working Monday to Friday with occasional Saturdays. Salary negotiable, circa €40,000 - €50,000 per annum plus bonus scheme available.
