This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated hospitality professional to take ownership of a busy Food & Beverage department within a well-established property.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of service, operational efficiency, and guest satisfaction across all dining outlets.
As Food & Beverage Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the F&B department, ensuring service standards, team performance, and financial targets are consistently achieved.
You will work closely with senior management and kitchen leadership to drive service quality, maximise revenue opportunities, and maintain a positive working environment for the team.
Key Duties
Oversee the daily operations of all Food & Beverage outlets within the property.
Lead, motivate, and manage the F&B team to deliver exceptional customer service.
Ensure consistent high standards of food and beverage service.
Manage staffing levels, scheduling, and team performance.
Monitor departmental budgets, costs, and revenue targets.
Work closely with the Head Chef and management team to enhance the guest dining experience.
Ensure compliance with health & safety and food safety regulations.
Train, mentor, and develop team members to support their professional growth.
Handle guest feedback professionally and resolve issues efficiently.
Contribute to the development of promotions, events, and revenue-generating initiatives.

Salary & Benefits
Salary:
€40,000 per annum (Negotiable depending on experience).
